TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a naturally occurring peptide present in high concentrations in blood platelets, wound fluid, and tissues. It plays a crucial role in tissue repair, wound healing, and reducing inflammation. Typical dosing: - Loading Phase: 2-2.5 mg twice weekly for 4-6 weeks - Maintenance: 2 mg once weekly or as needed - Injection Site: Near injury site when possible, or abdomen/thigh for systemic effects - Cycle Length: 4-8 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off

Rotate injection sites and use proper sterile technique.
