Administer via subcutaneous injection: - Typical Dose: 200-300 mcg per injection - Frequency: 1-3 times daily (commonly before bed and/or pre-workout) - Timing: On empty stomach for optimal GH release - Cycle: 8-12 weeks on, 4 weeks off - Injection Sites: Abdomen, thigh, or upper arm - Technique: Rotate sites, use sterile technique
